All reservations are requests subject to confirmation by Kelly's Taxi Service. We aim to confirm within 30 minutes during operating hours. Confirmed reservations are binding agreements for transportation services.
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Payment is accepted in cash (USD) or credit card at the time of service. For concierge reservations, billing is arranged through the hotel partner on a monthly basis.
Kelly's Taxi Service carries full commercial vehicle insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the reserved service.
Shared rides require a minimum of 4 guests. Routes may include multiple stops. Travel times may vary based on pickup/dropoff logistics for all guests in the shared ride.
Guests are expected to treat chauffeurs with respect. We reserve the right to decline service to guests who are disruptive, intoxicated, or behave in a manner that endangers the safety of others.
